South Houston High School is at 3820 S. Shaver in South Houston, Texas.

• Southbound on I-45, take the Edgebrook/Clearwood exit, cross under the freeway, and take Edgebrook "east" toward Shaver.
• Northbound on I-45, take the Shaver/Almeda-Genoa exit, turn away from the freeway, and take Shaver "north" toward Edgebrook.

When you cross State Highway 3 (Old Galveston Road) and the Union Pacific railroad track, you are close.

After crossing State Highway 3 and the railroad track, go nearly a mile on Edgebrook or 1 1/4 miles on Shaver to the major four-way intersection of Edgebrook (=Fairmont) and Shaver. The school is in the northwest corner of the intersection.

Enter the front parking lot from Shaver, or from Edgebrook just before the intersection. Access to the Mini Gym is along the right side of the school grounds as you face the front of the building (the north side of the schook grounds), between the buildings and the high voltage power transmission line. The Mini Gym is the last building along the side drive.
