Using a local fencing vendor is both good and bad. The bad is simple: The prices are higher and the selection is worse. That's life. The good is that you don't have to wait for your shipment to arrive, you can actually see and touch before you buy, and you get help in person. Please, please don't misuse a local vendor by visiting to examine things, then leaving to order the same things by mail order. The local vendor is paying money to have a place where you can inspect items, and is losing money by having assets tied up in the form of inventory for you to inspect. If you use the benefits provided by a local fencing vendor, then help pay for the benefits to be available
